This writ application is dismissed with an observation that the petitioner has full remedy available against the order of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj.
The Court has gone through the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. The confusion, which was sought to be created by the petitioner with regard to the two orders are now put to rest, after going through the affidavit of the District Magistrate and the materials brought on record. Effort by the petitioner to establish the bona fide of the centre being run from her house is not for her to decide, it is the authorities, who have to
