JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected but the impugned order dated 14.07.2014 passed by the Ad-hoc Additional Session Judge, F.T.C-VII, Aurangabad goes to show that the case of the petitioner is pending at the stage of argument. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 488 of 2017 arising out of Kudwan P.S.Case No. 35 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge-III, Aurangabad stands rejected with direction to the concerned trial court to dispose of the aforesaid session trail within a month from the date of receipt/ production
