2. The petitioners have prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ or order directing the Circle Officer, Kutumba, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 7) to comply with the order of the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 6) passed in the Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 56/2011, by conducting a fresh measurement of the land in the presence of the parties

Patna High Court CWJC No.4503 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/3 and determining whether the Opposite Party/Private Respondent has illegally encroached upon the land, with a directive to remove the illegal encroachment, if found. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s), directing the concerned Respondents to consider and dispose of the Petitioners' application dated 13.06.2024, expeditiously and within a stipulated time frame, ensuring justice and equity. (iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s), directing the concerned Respondents to take immediate steps for the proper measurement of the land in question and remove the unauthorized possession or encroachment on the said land, thereby, restoring the Petitioners' peaceful possession;

(iv). To grant any other relief(s) for which the Petitioners are found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case.

(v). Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner for filing the representation/petition before the respondent no. 6, The Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Aurangabad for redressal of their grievance.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 6, The Deputy Collector Land
