The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that some unknown criminals committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.4.2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.14606 of 2015. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. case No.89 of 2014.
