No. 01 of 2022 This interlocutory application has been filed for substitution of legal heir of petitioner, who died on 25.09.2020, leaving behind his wife Champa Devi and two sons and one daughter, namely, Sampurnanand Bharti, Vikekanand Bharti and Sangita Goshwami.

2. The present interlocutory application being formal in nature, is not opposed, hence is allowed. Re: C.W.J.C. No. 4820 of 2020

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4820 of 2020(3) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 learned counsel for the University and learned counsel for the State.

4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach before the respondent no. 5, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

5. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

6. Respondent no. 5 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioners.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
