2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity.

4. The petitioner is accused in six more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2023.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
