The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 414, 407, 34 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. On secret information, the police found a truck standing by the side of the hotel and recovered huge quantity of nuts. The driver and the cleaner of the truck while unloading the nuts were arrested. The petitioner is the owner of the hotel. It is submitted that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the truck or its consignment but he has falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14202 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 338/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
