The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 3506 of 2013 for the offence under Section 498A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father- in- law of the complainant. In view of the nature of accusation and the fact that the petitioner is the father- in- law of the complainant, let the petitioner namely, Nachahatra Mahaldar be enlarged on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
