The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 307, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner wants to surrender before the court in order to seek bail, he has been instructed not to press the application.

In that view of the matter, the application is
