Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C)(D) I.T.Act. Some unknown person changed the A.T.M. of the informant and withdrew money from the bank account which could reveal only after procuring the account statement.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2017. Petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade as per Rule though the informant had claimed that he could identify the miscreant. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rosera Police Station Case No.237 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
