The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery of motorcycle has been made from the possession of co-accused, Suraj Kumar and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
