The petitioner seeks bail in Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(a), 341, 323, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the brother of the victim who in his written complaint has alleged that on 04.05.2017 at about 1:00 am in the night petitioner took away his sister with him but even after much search she cannot be traced. The girl has been recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.c has stated that she accompanied the petitioner with her own volition and sweet will and thereafter they have solemnized marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6295 of 2018(3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017.
