Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing of order dated 02.08.2017 and 15.11.2017, contained in memo no. 4192, 803 respectively passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Gaya Sadar, where by he has cancelled the PDS licence No. 6/12 of the petitioner and for further setting aside the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the D.M. Gaya, in supply Case No. 25/18 where by he had dismissed the petitioner's appeal confirming the above said order."

The order for cancellation of license was passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5487 of 2020 dt.23-11-2021 2/2 Licensing Authority on 02.08.2017 and 15.11.2017 against which petitioner preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority, D.M. Gaya and same was dismissed on 04.12.2018 on the ground of unexplained delay in filing the appeal and thereafter, petitioner has preferred this writ petition in the year 2020, as such, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the Licensing Authority as well as Appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
