2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 18.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 18402 of 2015.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 2 Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 13.04.2016 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted
