The petitioners presses the present application for modification of the order dated 03.02.2021 passed in CWJC No.8373 of 2020 by the Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, wherein due to typographical error in Paragraph No.2 of the said order, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Memo No.107, dated 04.05.2020" instead of "Memo No.1071, dated 04.05.2020".
3. He drew the attention of this Court to the original Memo No. 1071, dated 04.05.2020, as has been annexed in the writ petition, as contained in Annexure-2
4. In view of the submissions and on verification of the record the prayer of the petitioners appears to be bona fide.
5. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the modification application stands allowed and the order dated 03.02.2021 to the extent wherein "Memo No.107, dated 04.05.2020" has been mentioned, the same be read as "Memo No.1071, dated 04.05.2020".

4. Accordingly, the order dated 03.02.2021 passed in CWJC No.8373 of 2020, stands modified to the extent indicated above, thus, the modification application is allowed. (Harish Kumar, J) manoj/- U
