The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13559 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 287 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II- cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Sasaram under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(A), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 13559 of 2018, the father's name of the petitioner was typed as Late Shiv Prakash

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17928 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 Singh instead of Late Shiv Prasad Singh which requires correction/modification.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, order dated 08.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13559 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, the father name of the petitioner be read as "Late Shiv Prasad Singh" in place of "Late Shiv Prakash Singh".

The order dated 08.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13559 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
