In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with C2-54/2020, registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation has been made that about 81 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020.
Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on his personal
