Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant allegedly paid Rs. Ten Lacs to the petitioners and others for the reason that the accused persons had promised to convert the same to the tune of Rs. Twenty Lacs on the very next day.

Submission is of false implication. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no other proof of payment of such huge amount.

Considering the facts that there is no substantial material on the record to substantiate allegation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21653 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikti Police Station Case No.07 of 2018, subject to the condition that all the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
