Petitioner is an accused in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 450 2019 for the offence registered under Section 323, 341, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties sustained injuries. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17202 of 2020(2) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019.
