1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 354(A), 509(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67(B) of the I.T. Act read with Sections 12 and 13 of the POCSO Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the reason that there is allegation against the petitioner of sending objectionable picture of the daughter of the informant on the mobile of her brother though it has been submitted that petitioner was not the originator of the objectionable picture/video, but then the conduct of the petitioner in forwarding the said objectionable picture of the victim on the mobile of her brother is reprehensible.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
