The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Recovery of fire-arm is from the possession of coaccused Rajendra Choudhary, who is father of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19608 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.274 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
