Mr.Anil Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner being the husband apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1169/2017 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 498A/406/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier notices were issued to the complainant who has received the same and counsel has also appeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13966 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 an interim protection have been granted to him and, thereafter, the petitioner is willing to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and shall abide by the terms and conditions of this Court.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1169/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
