The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 567 of 2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation that the petitioner was indulged in theft of electricity, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
