JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Arwal PS Case No. 218 of 2017 registered under Sections 380 and 411 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered mobile is the personal mobile of the petitioner and the model of the mobile does not tally with the stolen mobile of the informant, even the IMEI number of the stolen mobile has not been mentioned and the petitioner has clean antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Tiger is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Arwal in connection with Arwal PS Case No. 218 of 2017.
