Petitioner is accused in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 405 of 2019 registered under Sections 30, 30(a), 38(i) (ii), 41 of the Bihar Excise Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
