Impugned order has been passed in respect of two petitioners and nine litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners, but in the order dated 16.04.2018, name of only one petitioner, namely, Bachcha Sah @ Bachcha Kumar is found figured and name of other petitioner namely Sheojee Sah @ Sheojee Kumar has inadvertently been left to be typed. In the aforesaid facts, aforesaid order shall be treated in respect of both the petitioners, namely, Bachcha Sah @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21099 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Bachcha Kumar and Sheojee Sah @ Sheojee Kumar. Accordingly, aforesaid order stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
