Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of injury with Chaku (dagger) is against co-accused Sanjay Kumar. The petitioner was also there. There is case and counter case. The occurrence, allegedly, took place for non-payment of wages of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11457 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Police Station Case No. 469 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
