Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court, considering the fact that not only one person aged about 60 years, ultimately had succumbed to indiscriminate assault made by a group of persons including the petitioner and that there were five more persons also injured in the same occurrence as is found from perusal of the case diary, would not find the petitioners to be entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Shri Bhagwan Ram and Ravindra Ram is hereby rejected but if the petitioners surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the same shall be
