The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1689 of 2013 (Tr. No.4310/2015) instituted under Sections323, 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The ridiculous extent of allegation is that the couples were married 25 years back and they have a son who is 24 years old and now it is alleged that there is demand of dowry and the wife is being beaten up, whereas the fact is that the husband works

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Reiyaz Ali, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No.1689 of 2013 (Tr. No.4310 of 2015), subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
