JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 05-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

The petitioner is aggrieved by cancellation of the retail outlet dealership initially granted to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7611 of 2021(5) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 him. Grounds for the same are given in Annexure10 of the writ application. On query being put to both the counsels, whether the matter can be resolved by the Grievance Redressal Forum of the Company, as disputed question of facts are involved, both are agreeable.

Under the circumstances, we relegate the parties to invoke the Grievance Redressal Forum of the Company. We hope and trust that the said Forum shall take a decision expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
