The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police on secret information has raided the house and from there incriminating articles were recovered. It has been alleged that the petitioner fled away from the place of occurrence. Three persons were arrested who disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18029 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 order will not prejudice the court below in considering the case of the petitioner.
