1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4032 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 a writ in the nature of Mandamus for giving a direction to restore the peaceful possession of the petitioner over his 62 decimals purchased land from Pavodevi dated 11.01.2016 situated in Mauza Sukhsena, Thana No. 144 (Barhara Kothi) having Khata No.227 and 709, Khesra No. 3619 and 3626, total area 62 decimal and further to take legal action against the Respondent No. 10 to 16 for making disturbance over peaceful possession of the petitioner over the above mentioned land, who have no right and title and they always destroy the crops and make hindrance by using Muscle power in making cultivation of the land."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
