2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nakardei P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025 dated 11.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 111 of the BNS read with Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 38 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, 12 gram of brown sugar was recovered from the co-accused Radheshyam Yadav and 44 grams of brown sugar was also recovered from the tool-box of the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The seized contraband is less than commercial quantity. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner, who is a lady, is in custody since 12.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran in connection with Nakardei P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
