The petitioner has questioned the order of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna whereby further proceedings in Election Dispute Case No. 14 of 2014 has been stayed. In view of the stipulations present in Section 48(7) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, bestowing inherent jurisdiction in the Registrar as provided under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, I find no infirmity in the order passed which requires no interference. The writ petition is disposed of.
