JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jhanjharpur (Araria Sangram) P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examinations Act, 1981.

After some arguments, Mr. Jagnnath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail. Should such an application be filed, the Court below shall take into account that some of the accused
