JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 28-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation of his license before the District Authority as provided under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

If the appeal is filed within a period of 30 days, the appellate authority shall take up the appeal and after giving
