ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that during pendency of the writ petition, the shop of the petitioner was unsealed on 17.10.2015. Learned counsel has further stated that the main cause in the present writ petition does not survive and the same has become infructuous.

2. Further it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Respondent No. 2 to take necessary action against the Respondent No. 4 for illegally sealing the premises of the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6505 of 2015(7) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 petitioner to file a representation before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same on its merits and pass necessary orders duly putting all parties on notice.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
