JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 The petitioner was earlier appointed as Anganwari Sahaika in 2004 of Anganwari center Sishwani, Center no. 38, situated in Vaishali district. However, she has been removed from service vide order dated 2.1.2016 of the District Programme Officer, Vaishali on the charge of unauthorized absence due to lodging of a criminal case. She prays for a direction to dispose of her appeal/representation dated 25.1.2016 filed before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur (respondent no.4).

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.4 to dispose of petitioner's representation within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
