JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard the parties through video conferencing. Heard Shri Vinod Kumar Seth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP Shri Chandra Sen Prasad Singh.

A report regarding the present stage of Sessions Trial No. 103 of 2019 was called for vide order dated 24.09.2021 as to inform this Court the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial with respect to Chand P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017. It has been reported vide letter dated 29.09.2021 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Kaimur at Bhabua that it will take six months time to conclude the trial. In view of the above information contained in letter dated 29.09.2021, the Court below is expected to expeditiously

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25486 of 2021(3) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 conclude the trial within six months from today. In case, if no substantial progress takes place in trial within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
