This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. in Belhar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 429, 307, 504, 506 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the First Information Report to constitute a consignable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find not merit in this

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
