Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihpur P.S.Case No. 341 of 2017, registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage with the help of one Soni Kumari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement as the petitioner and the girl also major were in love affairs and the Medical Board has assessed her age less than 18 years.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the

No.5436 of 2018 (3) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 petitioner, Gourav Kumar @ Gourab Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Naugachia in connection wit5h Bihpur P.S.Case No. 341 of 2017.
