JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. The petitioner is old lady and she is suffering from cancer since last several years. A statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition. Moreover the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family including the petitioner.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general, petitioner being old lady suffering from cancer, let
