JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Banka PS Case No. 531 of 2017 registered under Sections 395, 397 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The allegation in brief is that unknown miscreants committed dacoity in the house of the informant, looted One lakh fourteen thousand cash, jewelry and exploded bomb. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of recovery of Twenty-six thousand from the petitioner's house and his confessional of the petitioner he has been implicated in this case, there is no other material and is in custody since 30.8.2017. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has large number of criminal antecedents and there is recovery also of Twenty six thousand cash from the petitioner's house.

Having considered the said facts, circumstances and large number of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, at present the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months.
