Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

It appears that having similar allegation, coaccused Lal Babu Rai @ Lal Bahadur Rai has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 4138 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7429 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghorasahan Police Station Case No.355 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
