2. The present Writ Petition has been filled for the following reliefs:- " i) Whether the petitioner is entitled for taking new electricity connection in his house in question?
ii) Whether the action of respondents in not installing New Meter and fresh connection is arbitrary, illegal and malafide?
iii) Whether the respondents have violated the constitution right of the petitioner to get electricity of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3914 of 2024(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/3 petitioner?
iv) Whether the action of Respondents is justified in snatching the right of the petitioner in a democratic welfare state to live happily in electric supply.
v) Whether the Respondents can debar the petitioner from taking electricity connection without any specific reason.
vi) Whether the action of Respondents is abuse and misuse of power resulting in miscarriage of justice.
vii) Whether the Respondents have considered the hardship of the petitioner specially education of children."
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application made by the petitioner along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application of the petitioner for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No 5 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3914 of 2024(2) dt.08-04-2024 3/3 receipt of this order.
