This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.08.2021 passed by learned A.C.J.M. Bhagalpur by which learned Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Section 364 read with 34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner will raise all his grievances at an appropriate stage about the dispute in his name that he has been wrongly been made accused in the present case. The Court below will consider the materials at stage as and when the petitioner will raise his grievances. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
