To issue a writ of mandamous or any other writ or writs, direction or commanding upon the respondents to supply the marks obtained by the petitioner in the examination conducted by Central Recruitment Board regarding selection of Police Constable and to give the benefit of home guard to the petitioner and to appoint him at the post of constable in Bihar Police Service and the respondents be further directed not to appoint other candidates

The learned counsel for the Respondent-Central Selection Board of Constable submits that not only the petitioner has not secured the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination, but it is also a fact that the selection process, which was initiated in the year, 2014, has long back been concluded, hence, no lis survives in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has failed in the written exam, I do not find any merit in the present writ petition hence, the same stands dismissed.
