The petitioner is directed to file a fresh application for mutation to the Circle Officer, Arwal. If such an application is filed, the Circle Officer, Arwal shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.

If any deficiency is found in the application of the petitioner then the Circle Officer, Arawal will issue notice to the petitioner for removing such deficiency so that the application of the petitioner is finally decided on its merit.
