JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 It appears that due to typographical mistake in the order dated 27.02.2018 submission of the petitioner has wrongly been typed which should have been typed in some other case. Hence, para no. 4 of the said order be substituted as follows:- "Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation was not specific against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused Monu Kumar was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7585 of 2018."
