This is the second attempt for grant of bail in connection with Chautarwa (Bhathwaria) P.S. Case No.105/2002 registered for the offence under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 03.10.2016 vide Cr.Misc.No.7247 of 2016 considering the fact that the petitioner was accused in about 12 cases relating to serious offences. While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, by the same order, bail of co-accused Chuman Yadav @ Chumman Yadav was also rejected by this Court. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37370 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 accused Chuman Yadav @ Chumman Yadav has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.34064 of 2017. Let it be kept on record. However, on perusal of the said order, it is evident that by the said order the co-accused Chuman Yadav was not granted bail in the present case, but he was granted bail in Naurangia P.S. Case No.19 of 2006, whereas the present case is Chautarwa( Bathwaria) P.S. Case No.105 of 2002. Considering the fact that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, there is no point to review of my earlier order. The petition stands again dismissed.
